Marcia Cotlar did such a great job for us. She helped my elderly mom sell her home quickly and for a good price. She is well-connected and helped me hire many good professionals to get my mom's house ready for sale. She went above and beyond by helping me (I live out of town) through the process (my first time selling a house). She is very genuine, and caring and did her best to ensure the best outcome under difficult circumstances.

Marcia was delightful to work with. She was referred to us by some friends, and we couldn't have been happier with her. We were first-time home buyers, and Marcia went out of her way to explain things to us at each step of the process and to make sure that we were comfortable. She was careful to let us form our own opinions about properties, but was always willing to give advice when asked. She was responsive, attentive, and had a wide network of contacts that was invaluable when we were going under contract. We recently used Marcia to help us sell our house and she was simply outstanding from the get-go.
